  1. How To Use The Web Shop
    The Poshtogs web shop comprises various categories for quick navigation. Select the appropriate category by clicking on the menu, then click on any product image within the category to see a larger image, full description, price and size/colour options. Then select the colour, size and quantity of the product you require.
    1. ADD TO BASKET: clicking on this button allows you to begin the purchasing process. The item will then be placed into your virtual shopping basket and you will return to the first item page ready to continue shopping.
    2. VIEW BASKET: allows you to check or amend the contents of your virtual shopping basket.
    3. CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT: the first process of this section is to register your details with us. You only need to do this once as you details are held in our customer database and are not passed to any third party. Any subsequent purchases will only require your username (or e-mail address) and password to be entered. You will be requested to enter the delivery details for your order unless they are the same as the billing address. The CHECKOUT screen will confirm those items in your basket ready to be purchased. Once complete click on GO TO SECURE SERVER to enter a secure environment where you will be asked for credit card information. Poshtogs payment pages are held on Worldpay secure servers; we do not deal with your credit card details directly and all personal credit information is security encrypted the moment you send it. Once payment is authorised, a process that should only take a few seconds, you will receive a prompt e-mail confirmation of your purchase, which will include your unique order number for reference.

      Poshtogs will make every effort to despatch orders within 4 working days of receipt; should this not be possible for any reason we will advise accordingly. Within UK goods are guaranteed for delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1 p.m. of the next working day following despatch. For international orders transit time will vary according to destination; generally delivery should be made within 7 days of despatch, although customers should allow up to 14 working days for goods to arrive after despatch from Poshtogs. Poshtogs ask international customers to note that we cannot be held responsible for delays in transit caused by customs and import procedures. If it is more convenient for you to have goods delivered to a workplace please give us this information when you fill out order delivery details. Please note that Poshtogs cannot be held liable for any subsequent damage to; or loss or theft of goods once signed for upon delivery.

  4. Browser Requirements & Settings
    We recommend that you use the following Web browsers for best results with the Poshtogs Virtual Store: Internet Explorer 6+, Safari 2+ or Firefox 1+ in order to complete a purchase online your browser must be capable of supporting SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Encryption. The above recommended browsers conform to this requirement. Some versions of browsers and some firewalls do not permit communication through secure servers. In this case, you will be unable to connect to the server and thus it will not be possible to mistakenly place an order through an unsecured connection. To check that you have accessed our secure server, look for the unbroken key or closed lock symbol (usually in the lower left or right-hand corner of your browser window).     Poshtogs payment pages are held on Worldpay secure servers. The Worldpay system is the most popular and established UK internet payment gateway; it employs encryption and firewalling techniques to provide the maximum security against fraud and hackers and is approved by all of the major UK acquiring banks.     Only if your credit card has been authorised will your credit card be debited. You will receive confirmation of card payment and your unique order number via email. If your card is not authorised you will be given the opportunity to try again or use a different card. (website developers to check)

  6. Registration
    Membership registration is free with no obligation to purchase. Registered members of Poshtogs receive a number of benefits and services, such as seasonal promotions, product previews and e-mail news. Registering as a member also eliminates the need to enter the same details each time you buy; simply enter your user name and password. Your details will be used solely for the purposes of facilitating orders and notification of Poshtogs promotions.

  7. Stock Availability
    Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all items are in supply, occasionally some items may be temporarily out of stock. In the unlikely event of an item being unavailable at the time of despatch we will advise you immediately, offer an alternative availability date, or refund accordingly.

  9. Delivery
    To ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your purchases, we use only delivery services which require a signature on delivery at the delivery address, which means the item will not be left unattended or posted through a letterbox.
    We aim to despatch all orders within 4 working days of order confirmation, but please allow up to 7 days for delivery within the UK. Although every effort will be made to make delivery within the stated period, that time period is only an estimate of the anticipated time for delivery and we can accept no liability for failing to deliver within the period in question.
    There is a fixed delivery charge per order, regardless of quantity. Should Poshtogs be required to make more than one delivery per order, only one charge will be made.
    1. UK Delivery
      Within the UK goods are guaranteed for delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next day service before 1 p.m. of the next working day following despatch. The price includes delivery to any UK destination, including the Channel Islands. £4.50 delivery charge per package.
    2. International Delivery Zone 1
      All orders for international delivery Zone 1 are by Royal Mail Airsure, which is the fastest, safest and most reliable service. Items receive priority handling and can be tracked. Zone 1 includes the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. £7.50 delivery charge per package.
    3. International Delivery Zone 2
      All orders for international delivery Zone 2 are by Royal Mail International Signed For. Items can be tracked up to the point at which they leave the UK, and in some cases, on arrival in the destination country. Zone 2 includes all countries not listed in the International Delivery Zone 1 drop-down box, outside of the UK. £10.00 delivery charge per package.
      For international orders transit time will vary according to destination; generally delivery should be made within 7 days of despatch, although customers should allow up to 14 working days for goods to arrive after despatch from Poshtogs. Poshtogs ask international customers to note that we cannot be held responsible for delays in transit caused by customs and import procedures.

  10. Colours and Sizes
    Whilst every reasonable care has been taken in producing the Poshtogs web shop, we cannot guarantee that the colour reproduction is an exact match with the items sent. Monitors, graphics cards and lighting conditions mean that slight variations may occur within commercial tolerance.
    Whilst we endeavour to be as accurate as possible, all sizes quoted are approximate.

  11. Returns
    If you need to return your item for any reason please ensure that you fill in the relevant returns form which will be included with your parcel.
    Returns should be despatched back within 14 days of receipt; should be unworn and in original packaging.
    For UK Orders:-
    Poshtogs will provide you with a returns label; this should be attached to the outside of the package and taken to a post office. Within the United Kingdom this service is free.
    Important: please ensure that you obtain a proof of posting certificate from the post office for your returned Poshtogs item; Poshtogs cannot be held responsible for loss of returned items without proof of posting.
    Refunds will be made to your account via the secure Worldpay system within 2 working days of satisfactory receipt of goods.
    For International Orders:-
    Poshtogs will enclose a returns form within the box. Please ensure that forms are filled out clearly and included with the item(s). Any goods returned must be unused and in original packaging.
    In the event of goods having to be returned we ask that you obtain proof of posting from the delivery service used. We regret that we cannot be held liable for loss of goods where proof of posting has not been obtained.
    Following receipt and checking of goods, Poshtogs will credit the full value of returned goods and original delivery charge paid back to the nominated credit/debit card. (take note that Poshtogs will not refund the cost of delivery if goods are returned on the grounds of, the customer not liking the style, colour or being an unwanted gift. We are not obliged to, and will only do so if the goods are damaged or incorrect).
    Please note that goods returns charges are the responsibility of the sender and we regret that we cannot be held liable for any extra returns delivery charges unless goods are faulty.
    Credits for returned goods can only be processed back to the original card used for payment.

  12. Opening Hours
    You may place orders online at any time; order processing will take place during week day working hours (Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays and company shutdowns) and Poshtogs will endeavour to ensure that all orders received are processed and despatched within 4 working days from receipt. Where this is not possible for any reason we will inform you and advise the relevant despatch details.

    Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Goods On-Line
    This website, www.poshtogs.co.uk, as operated by Poshtogs Limited. ('we' or 'us'); the following terms will apply to any purchase by you of items from the shop section of our website ('Goods').
    This site and all its content and images are the copyright of Poshtogs Limited. None of the content or images may be copied, downloaded or reproduced without the company's, or Poshtogs suppliers’, written permission. The copying or incorporation of any designs and colours is strictly prohibited.
    Contract Formation
    We will be obliged to fulfill your order only once we have e-mailed you, acknowledging acceptance of your order. Orders can only be accepted subject to availability of the Goods in question. In the unlikely situation where Goods are not currently in stock then we may cancel your order by notice in writing (including by e-mail). All prices on the site should be considered as invitations to treat and NOT offers. Only when the user chooses to purchase an item is an offer made (by the user). Poshtogs then chooses to accept this offer. Receipt of payment does not constitute acceptance and we reserve the right to refund payment at our discretion. You have the right to cancel this agreement up to 7 working days after receipt of the goods and receive a full refund, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

  14. Defects
    We warrant that all Goods will correspond with their product description and be of satisfactory quality. To claim for a breach of this warranty, simply return the Goods to us within 14 days of delivery, together with a description of the alleged defect and, where there is a valid claim, we will at our discretion either replace or repair the Goods free of charge or refund you the price of the Goods. This will however be your only remedy for a breach of this warranty.
    We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the goods arising from wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.
